Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Brooke, the founder/practitioner behind Forest Moon Healing.
I created this space as a response to my own experience with burnout and the need to slow down, reconnect, and feel grounded again. My work blends Reiki, guided meditation, and nervous system-aware practices to support rest, clarity, and gentle recalibration.
My intention is simple: to offer a space where you can arrive as you are, soften, and reconnect with yourself without pressure.
Forest Moon Healing is a space dedicated to rest, presence, and subtle transformation through Reiki and guided meditation.
My work centers on creating a calm, grounded environment where the nervous system can soften and the body’s natural capacity for balance and integration can emerge. This path grew from a personal need to move away from cycles of burnout toward a way of being that prioritizes presence and rediscover a sense of internal joy and wonder.
My background includes training in Holy Fire® Reiki as a level 3 master practitioner, alongside additional study through the Neuro-Meditation Institute, allowing me to thoughtfully integrate guided meditation and nervous system awareness into my sessions. This approach supports both energetic balance and embodied regulation, creating space for insight, clarity, and restoration without force or pressure.
The name Forest Moon reflects a lifelong reverence for the stillness of the trees and the steadying presence of the moonlight. This nature-inspired foundation guides the atmosphere of the practice; one of grounding, simplicity, and cyclical renewal. Sessions are held with care and clarity, designed to be accessible and supportive for people of all genders, backgrounds, and belief systems.
This work is offered as a complementary practice, not a replacement for medical or mental health care, and is grounded in consent, integrity, and presence. My role is to hold a supportive space where your system can respond in its own way and time.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Because I believe healing is supported by a regulated nervous system, I have curated a sensory-conscious environment designed to help you land softly.
The Space: Your comfort is prioritized with high-quality linens, soft blankets, and lumbar support. A heated table or weighted blankets are available upon request.
Sensory Choice: While I typically diffuse essential oils and play light music or nature sounds, you are invited to request a scent-free environment or total silence during your intake.
A Note on Touch: While Reiki is typically a hands-on experience, touch is not necessary for the energy to flow. Like your sensory preferences, this is something we will address during your intake. You may choose a session that is fully hands-on, a blend, or completely non-touch based on your comfort level.
The Transition: At the close of our time, I use a gentle bell to invite you back. I make it a practice to step out of the room for a few moments as the session ends. This ritual allows me to clear the energy of the space and gives you the privacy to wake and integrate your experience without the pressure of being observed.
